All orders are shipped from Italy with GLS Express. By doing so we guarantee you maximum reliability and quickness.
We will send you an e-mail in every phase of the shipping: order dispatched, in delivering, order delivered.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER YOUR COFFEE?
Delivery will take place within 48/72 hours.
On islands, remote areas and for particular reasons delivery times could vary.
On Saturdays, Sundays and on festive days shipping and deliveries will not be performed.

(otherwise shipping at €8,99)


-EASTERN EUROPEAN NATIONS-
Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden.
Free shipping for orders over €120
(otherwise shipping at €12,99)

Returns

If your purchase does not satisfy you, you can make a return within 14 days from the receipt of your order. All the products must be in their original selling state, therefore all the packages should not be opened or damaged. 

HOW?
Contact our customer service by writing an e-mail to info@verocaffe.eu or chatting with us on Whatsapp at +393332432878 and make your return request specifying your order number and the products you intend to return.

Once you have received the return authorisation from VeroCaffè, you can send the products directly to our warehouse with a courier of your choice. Don't worry, we will provide you with all the details.
NB. It is not possible to return products purchased online to a VeroCaffè shop.

Once we have received and checked the products, we will exchange them or refund you, depending on your choice.
The return must occur within 14 days from the approval.


WHAT CAN YOU RETURN?
All items will travel under the responsibility of the customer and must be returned safely, preferably in the original shipping box. The products and their packaging must be intact and complete in every part. The returned products will be prone to internal verification and if they are eligible the refund will be issued within 5 working days from the reception of the products (shipping costs are excluded).

Attention
- Orders arriving to our warehouse without explicit authorization by e-mail or whatsapp can not be refunded.
- By any reason open or damaged packages, or even partially used will be refunded.
- Returned products travel at the risk of the customer.
- It is mandatory to include the receipt together with the products.
