Poker Pistachio

These Pistachio Poker biscuits are delicious barley shortbread pastries iced with a sweet pistachio glaze.
Great to enjoy at breakfast or for a nice mid-day snack.

INGREDIENTS

• Ingredients shortcrust pastry (75%): Wheat flour type ‘00’; coconut fat; sugar; water; sunflower oil; cane sugar; wholemeal barley flour (7% of finished product); pasteurised eggs from free-range hens 3. 4%; browned sugar; caramelised sugar syrup; vegetable fibre; salt; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavouring (contains milk derivatives, soya, hazelnuts, sesame).
  Pistachio icing (20%): sugar; vegetable oils and fats (palm kernel, palm); lactose; pistachio (7%, corresponding to 1.4% of the finished product); emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural flavouring; colouring: E140(i).
  Decoration (5%): dark chocolate 34% (cocoa paste, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavours); milk chocolate 33% (sugar, cocoa butter, whey, cocoa paste, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavours); white chocolate 33% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey, low-fat milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin).
