• Shortcrust pastry (80%): wheat flour type ‘00’ (39%); vegetable fat (coconut); sugar; water; vegetable oil (sunflower); pasteurised eggs (1.9%); maize starch; vegetable fibre; salt; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings (contains soya, milk, hazelnut, sesame).
  Apricot filling (20%): glucose-fructose syrup; apricot puree (7% of the finished product); sugar; gelling agents: sodium alginate, pectin; acidifier: citric acid; natural flavours; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavours.
