Chamomile with Melatonin

Sandemetrio Chamomile contains all parts of the flower, giving this infusion a unique and intense flavour.
Chamomile is known for its relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties, thus promoting peace of mind and well-being thanks to the presence of Melatonin, which helps improve sleep quality and has a positive impact on the immune system.

To prepare the infusion, leave the teabag in a cup (200 ml) of boiling water (100 °C) for about 6-8 minutes.
